Service Description

Workshop reserved to home educated children aged 5-11 years old. Focusing on introducing children to basic engineering concepts and the use of computer programming (coding) to bring robotic models to life. The equipment used is age appropriate and developed by LEGO Education on the basis of the school curriculum in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM). This is a one-off taster session to determine the sustainability of a weekly workshop in this location during term time in order to deliver the Yellow Brick Lab programme. The session runs for 90 minutes and is a 'drop-off' activity, meaning that parents do not stay in the room during the session.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your booking and receive a refund within 14 days of your payment prior to the beginning of the block of sessions booked. Beyond that date, sessions which have been booked and paid for cannot be refunded excepting: • Closure of the workshops (for example if it is required to close due to unforeseen circumstances). • In the event of a child missing 3 or more consecutive sessions due to illness (NHS medical certificate is required).
